To qualify for buyback, the product must:

• Be purchased directly from SilverRaaga.com.

• Be in original condition, without any physical damage, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.

• Include the original invoice and authentication certificate (if applicable).

• Fall under the list of eligible product categories (as mentioned at the time of purchase).

❗ Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible.

2. Applicable Buyback Value

Buyback value is determined based on:

• Current market rates of precious metals and diamonds, as assessed on the date of buyback request.

• Applicable deductions for wear & tear, loss of original packaging, or missing certificates.

• The GST and making charges paid at purchase will not be refunded.

A typical calculation would include:

• Metal (Gold/Platinum): 90–95% of prevailing value (based on purity and weight).

• Diamonds: Evaluated individually; resale value may vary based on cut, clarity, and certification.

• Making Charges & Taxes: Non-refundable.

3. Buyback Process

Step 1: Contact our customer care team via email or phone with:

• Order ID and invoice copy

• Photos of the product in clear lighting

Step 2: Upon initial review, we will:

• Confirm eligibility

• Provide an estimated buyback amount

• Share next steps for product pickup or in-store evaluation

Step 3: After inspection, a final quote will be issued. Upon your acceptance:

• Amount will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit (within 7 working days)

4. Exclusions

Buyback is not applicable to:

• Gift cards or promotional purchases

• Products without original certification/invoice

• International purchases (outside India)

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

5. Shipping & Pickup

Customers may:

• Drop the item at our registered store address (with prior appointment)

• Request a pickup via our logistics partner (charges may apply)
